Now and then I love to enlighten my readers with interesting facts. Today I will answer the question which country has the highest producing milk cows in the world? The answer is – Israel.
So, how do Israelis do it? The answer is good genetics, specialized diet and milking the cows in tune with their natural biorhythms. Seriously.
The highest producing cow is called Sufa, lives in Kibutz Karmia and produces over 20,000 liters of milk a year (Israel’s average is 11,000 liters).
